Thank you for contacting American Education Services (AES). Your Consolidation Loan was disbursed with a fixed interest rate of 3.375%. The interest rate has been reduced by 0.25% for participating in Direct Debit, and was reduced by an additional 0.75% for meeting the requirements of your lender's Borrower Benefit Program. Your current interest rate is 2.375%; this interest rate will not be affected by payments being received after the due date.

There will be no negative credit reporting as a result of the recent misunderstanding. Your account is current and the next payment will be debited on June 15, 2010.
